Due to the perishable nature of our botanical bitters and spritzes, we are unable to accept physical returns of food and beverage products. If your order arrived damaged or did not meet your expectations, please contact our team within 14 days of delivery for a resolution.

Take clear photos of the shipping box and the product labels if you received damaged goods or the incorrect flavor profile.
